Elfi is long gone. She was replaced by Nastia, who isn't bad per se but she's not especially good. Her voice is grating. Amanda Borden (or even Shannon Miller) should have gotten it but of course, neither won AA gold. The real problem is Al Trautwig. He hates gymnastics but they still force him to commentate on it. At least John Tesh back in the day grew to have an appreciated of the sport (same thing with Terry Gannon with figure skating).

Shit you're right. For some reason, I thought it was Al they kicked out for Nastia. They do really need to get rid of him and his "was that a stick?" question after every. single. dismount.

I can't for the life of me remember which routine it was, but sometime in London a gymnast obviously hopped, and I know Tim gets a lot of grief as a commentator, but his incredulous chuckle and "...No" after Al asked "Was that a stick?" made me like him a bit, ngl

I liked Tara back in the day but I wasn't very into her as a commentator. Picking hosts who act like they belong on a reality show still won't make more people watch figure skating outside of Olympic years, NBC.

Sandra Bezic was so negative and sour. She never had a good thing to say about anyone. However she's a great choreographer.
