I'm so sick of people saying that they love all the opportunities and experiences places like LA and New York offer but those places don't reflect ~real American values.~ Like they want to reap all the benefits of a diverse area (full of artsy liberals with their cussing and nightclubs and shows and fancy restaurants!) but they wish they could just have all the "cool stuff" without the icky browns and gays and premarital-sex-havin'-women…who are the ones that help make that "cool stuff."
