Because a lot of them are older when choosing to become parents, and therefore undergo fertility treatments, which have a higher probability of multiples. Same thing with Mariah Carey, Cheryl Tiegs, Nancy Grace, Joan Lunden, Jennifer Lopez, etc. I think Angelina's were natural, though.
