After a triumphant year that found her conquering the international pop world, Calgary's Feist will be returning home to perform at the 2008 Juno Awards.

The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences announced Tuesday that bestselling critic's darling Leslie Feist will be among the performers at the Juno Awards, which will be broadcast from Calgary's Saddledome on April 6 on CTV.

Feist will join fellow Canucks Finger Eleven and Michael Buble as performers. More stars will be announced on Monday.

All three performers are former Juno winners, but Feist's star has risen considerably this past year thanks to the success of her album, The Reminder. Having sold more than one million copies worldwide, The Reminder is up for four awards at the Feb. 10 Grammys .

The Reminder came in at No. 35 in Rolling Stone's Best Albums of 2007 list. Meanwhile, the infectious single 1234 became inescapable after iPod picked it up for an advertising campaign.

Southern Ontario's Finger Eleven topped both the Canadian and U.S. charts this year with Paralyzer, the first single from its album Them vs. You vs. Me. Crooner Michael Buble topped the charts with his album Call Me Irresponsible, which spawned the No. 1 hit Everything.

Juno nominees will be announced on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at a media conference at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto.

Awards organizers also confirmed Tuesday that 500 Early Bird Ticket Packages will be available for purchase beginning Saturday at 10 a.m. Visit www.ticketmaster.ca.
