BILLIE Piper was rushed to a specialist hospital yesterday over fears flash photography had damaged her eyes.
The TV stunner could barely open them when she woke and was taken to London’s Moorfields eye hospital by worried fiance Laurence Fox.
The day before she had posed for celebrity snapper Rankin.
Her eyes are believed to have reacted badly to his ringflash - an ultra-powerful flash that fits around the front of a lens.
The ex-Dr Who star, 24, was pictured out later that night looking red-eyed.
But doctors told her and Laurence, 28, there was no permanent damage.
A source said: “She had to pull out of a few days filming for a new ITV show, Secret Diary Of A Callgirl.”
