I know a couple who originally met and dated in middle school and when they had their parents meet, the girl's dad and boy's mom hit it off and started dating. The younger couple got married right out of HS and the older married two years later.

When they meet new people they get weird looks, but the people they've known prior to the parents' marriage don't think it's too weird. To be fair, the kids did date AND marry first.
