He played pretty terrible characters on Married with Children and Revenge of the Nerds so it's amusing to me that he was cast as such a nice guy on Shrinking.

I have to remind myself that this is my lighthearted, in the background as I wfh show. Because some of the story decisions are very weird and annoying.

It would have been refreshing to see someone say no to the pressure of having a kid and their spouse supporting them and reassuring them that just their love is enough. The weird bullying and pressuring to have a child was so not healthy.

Forming some weird relationship with a man who is way older and also the killer of your mom is also a freaking weird take.

At this point, I'm only interested in Gaby, Paul, and Derek squared.

Did anyone else clock the reference to Spin City? When Paul and his lady were talking about moving in but she had already started to move in. The same thing happened in Spin city.
