Hmm I think I remember his being a sad story cause he was held down while being forced to chug that stuff that turned into clayface, he had some falling out with some gangsters iirc?

I like Mike Flanagan stuff so I'll check it out.

That's the BTAS version. There are a few comic book characters with the same name and they all have different origins.
