He’s had a long and successful career to the point where he’s not really considered a nepo baby, why is he complaining about nepo babies?

My work has a handful of nepo babies, and it’s interesting. We’ve got on who is out there working his ass off, and he has impressed me more than some of the longer term employees. He’s a good kid, but you can tell he feels an internal pressure to earn his place. I just hope he doesn’t burn out, because he’s really good at what he does.

maybe he's thinking of his kids, are any of them trying to get into the industry? his daughter with CZJ was in a couple of magazines but idk if its gone any further than that.

I forgot about his kids with CZJ. Maybe he’s being preemptively defensive because they want to be in the industry.

they will just keep on missing the point, nobody is saying don't help your kids get into the industry, just that they acknowledge their damn privilege and quit with the "i had to work just as hard as everyone else" bs, like that is it, that's all anybody is asking

Yes,gramps, it must have been a struggle to land your first bit part in a movie. Especially a feature film starring Kirk Douglas. 🙄
