Hey! Ive been a surrogate…i didnt find it to be exploitative, i made life changing money (being preggo isnt bad at all for me, no sickness and i hit the hospital like a goat, gave birth and checked out.) and i helped someone get a baby…. its hard to qualify to be a surrogate unless youve had children in the past, Amber heard is probably helping that woman raise her children with that money

Thanks for sharing your perspective as someone who has been a surrogate. I was thinking that in these posts people make blanket statements around how all surrogacy is bad (though there are valid criticisms of it), but we never get any perspectives from women who have a lived experience of being a surrogate.

No one knows who the baby dad of her first born is and Elon stepped up to help her financially through the Johnny Depp ordeal. He’s not the generous type, especially with women, so people assumed the baby was from their relationship

ETA I read other articles and it's not clear if she's going with a surrogate or not. It just says "she's expecting" which could still mean a surrogate. The e article does mention she's pregnant but I don't think her rep actually said that.

I'm happy for her! Amber has been tormented by a significant portion of society. She deserves a life that makes her happy. Depp used to mock her for not having children...and now she is going to be a mother again. She seems to dote on Oonagh and I am sure she will do the same with her second child. There is nothing better than seeing a victim of abuse thrive <3
