Bre has a child with Nick Cannon?? And she used to be married to Johnny Manziel!? I barely watch the show but I’m surprised I didn’t know this from the bit I’ve watched plus following gossips on random passingly.

The diagnosis is not shocking, but him admitting it is kinda surprising to me.

I think it's all performative. He wants to be the example of recovery. It's for admiration and validation, so he can still be the special special but also "healed" from his narcissism.

Ding ding ding
I would ask the people in his life if he’s been doing anything to heal the damage he’s undoubtedly caused.

Mte. Like its gotta be the most stigmatized disorder out there and people throw around the word narcissist to describe anyone evil.

he's going to work this into some sort of excuse as to why he keeps painting north america with his various children. and why he can't be a present father to them. and why he can't be a decent partner.

good at him for getting a diagnosis, but i will be more interested in hearing about how this improved his life and that's not happening until later. if it happens.

painting north america with his various children

Why does this sound so poetic to me?

That is typically (not always, but typically) what happens with narcissists. In the unlikely event you can get them to actually present for treatment and accept the diagnosis (hard, because doing so is a challenge to their self-image), it tends to absorbed into their worldview as one more way to absolve themselves of responsibility.
