Chandler and Brandon should have won. Across the season they were the strongest and they had the best two dances tonight. With the current voting system, I think going last is actually a hindrance but considering the fact they finished third, a different dance order would probably have only moved them up to second.
Joey and Jenna were great and if Chandler couldn’t win, I’m glad it was them.
Danny had no business in the finale. The freestyle is two minutes long. The first 30 seconds was Witney doing a solo, the next 30 seconds were Danny putting on a coat, walking down the stairs and then putting on a new coat. Finally, after a minute, they started dancing.
I enjoyed the opening, Mark and Derek and the small Jenn and Sasha moment. I hated that the first half hour was filler but the announcement of the winner was so rushed.
OMG I forgot to mention the travesty that was Danny's freestyle which had almost no dancing. Witney was just killing as much time as possible with that long ass "intro" that took up half the song.
First, shout out to gymnasts Jeremy Bischoff, Brandon Nguyen, and Riley Loos for performing with Stephen during his freestyle! I Loved that they got to hang out in the skybox with the dancers.
I think Eric, Phaedra, and Dwight were the only celebs who only participated in the opening number but didn't do any other kind of dance during the show. I thought if anyone wouldn't want to participate, it would be Anna.
I know better than to believe that people just vote for the best dancer, but I'm still disappointed that Chandler didn't win because she was so much better than everyone else on this entire season. I loved the story behind her freestyle.
Sorry, Jenna, but Canned Heat will always be the Center Stage song. If you're not ending that routine doing fouettes while wearing red pointe shoes, you can keep it.
I hope the show keeps Rylee around because she did a great job giving Stephen dances with LOTS of content, which is more than I can say for Witney. It really bugs me when the pros don't even attempt to teach their celebs the dance

Omg I didn't catch that (I would skip through a lot of the filler in the episodes to get to the dances) but I distinctly remember thinking, wow these back-up dancers in Stephen and Rylee's routine are really good at this gymnastics floor routine haha.
I was rooting for anyone but Joey. His freestyle was so underwhelming and I am just tired of Bachelor people.

Stephen and Rylee killed their freestyle. I am so happy Rylee had a great partner, she deserved it after Harry.
Overall this really was one of the better seasons we've had in a long time and I'm sad it's over!

I love Witney but she “borrows” from other choreographers frequently. Though never with them in the room as far as I know.

Stephen's freestyle was so fun to watch, and you could tell that he was really enjoying himself.
