The cheesy Christmas flick starring Lacey Chabert as a widow afraid to open her heart to love again and Dustin Milligan as a sentient snowman with a killer pack of abs, Hot Frosty, is now streaming on Netflix.

The film currently holds an 89% critic approval rating on RottenTomatoes.

This movie was cute but I’m so tired of the women leaving the big city to go back to her small town or already living in a small town where everyone knows her trope. One of my fave TV Christmas movies though is Holiday in Handcuffs, which is basically a Stockholm syndrome love story, so what do I know lolol.

I thought it was cute! Predictable, of course, and I did cry at one point (I'm pregnant, in my defense). Lacey was great. At first I didn't like the guy playing Jack, but he grew on me as the film progressed. The supporting cast was also really good.

I would watch it again if I had friends over who were so inclined.

i LOVED this movie, unironically enjoyed every unhinged, stupid second of it, it's now literally in my top 5 favorite hallmark-type christmas movies of all time
