i have SO MANY THOUGHTS. but i still think things will happen and this episode was dipping toes in, getting feet wet, preparing the audience for both the future and the drama because OF COURSE they're dragging it out for drama, it's season one. i was hoping for more but wasn't surprised that they did a swift turn to stretch things out.
