I used to be a biiiig hot sauce gal until I got diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis/GERD this year :( Much too painful now if I go overboard.

I saw a "How it's Made" type video of the company that makes The Bomb hot sauce. The owner said it's literally designed to put a couple of drops in a whole pot of chili... not to slather on your chicken wings.

Feels almost dangerous to make people eat that. I love hot sauce and I cap out at ghost pepper. I did the hot ones challenge with my friends and i was literally sweating, crying, burping, dying from The Bomb. I don't know how so many people on his show get through it easily.

I like hot sauce with a flavour that is not pointlessly hot. My tribe is known for its spicy food, but I'd rather have a mild, flavourful sauce over a hot sauce that delivers nothing but pain.
