This is a very unpopular opinion but I did not think New Girl was that great. Sure I watched it but I thought the humour was a bit stupid and the characters were kind of dumb Americans (lol sorry). Idk, I feel like I prefer sharper written comedy like Brooklyn Nine Nine or more aspirational fluffy comedy like Younger or just even Friends.

I loved Single Parents though! I thought that was way funnier than New Girl.

Same, I watched it at the time and enjoyed it but it does not have high rewatch potential for me. I actually had a jumpscare when I was rewatching B99 and Jessica Day had a crossover episode.
