Marvel Studios has not confirmed that a third film in the Black Panther franchise is in the works, but actor Denzel Washington has indicated that there is, and that he will have a role

After all the reviews he’s legit the only reason i’m seeing that dumpster fire gladiator 2. Should’ve just cast him in wicked so i could avoid g2 altogether and still get a denzel fix

Neither did anyone else, apparently. He just leaked it in the interview. Disney/Marvel has yet to announce it.

I don't think it's a project worthy of his talents. Neither was Gladiator II - but at least that and "Black Panther 3" both have good directors.
