The cast of Wicked Part One attended the premiere of their film in Los Angeles. Absent was Bowen Yang.

Part one releases Nov 22.

Summary: An adaptation of the first half of the stage musical that's based off a revisionist book of the Frank L Baum books/MGM movie.

Maybe I just don’t get fashion or whatever, but I am not loving Cynthia’s look at all. I hate the material of the dress, it looks uncomfortable and just not good.

Hopefully the OG Broadway cast will be at the NYC premiere; I need Jonathan and Norbert in photos together. I did a deep dive on Wicked over the last few weeks despite not being super familiar with the musical, and I came out of it as a NLB stan, and I kind of love that Jonathan and Norbert share this role and Jamie in The Last 5 Years.

There's been some good Fiyero's over the years, even in the UK.

I've seen Adam Garcia, Lee Mead, Matt Willis and Bradley Jaden in the UK.

And most recently on the tour in Sunderland, it was the understudy Russell Dickson and he was great too.

Michelle Yeoh and Jeff Goldblum are truly icons. I'm obsessed with how Michelle looks ? The hair ? The dress ? Omg, stellar. Also I actually really like Ariana's dress tbh, very fairytale. It's cute (I'm not huge on her bag tho, it's too big for her).

Now on another gloomy subject, I just realised we're going to have the Olympics in LA under a Trump government ;__;

Ariana's dress is reminding me of of Zoë Kravitz's awkwardly proportioned wedding dress.

Jeff Goldblum looks about a metre taller than Cynthia and Ariana in that group photo.

Michelle Yeoh looks great.
