I binged all the episodes yesterday so I’m ready for tonight! I have such a weird crush on Michael Kelly, so I was sad, but not surprised lol.
Cristin Milioti has such a sweet face that I didn’t know if I’d love her in this but she’s great and it makes sense to cast someone like that, especially after the flashback episode.
I knew [Spoiler (click to open)]Vic had to go somehow, as he was the closest thing Oz had to a conscience at this point, and while the show's not exactly Penguin Begins, it certainly couldn't end with him as a better person than when it started. I wasn't sure how he would leave the story, though, and my heart actually sped up when they were sitting by the river and I saw where the conversation was going. 😖😖😖 And I knew his ma had to go too, but leaving her in that state when she specifically asked him to mercy-kill her was such a perfectly heinous bookend. And getting Eve to DRESS AS HER...phew. Norman Bates hew honestly
Sofia [Spoiler (click to open)]ending up back in Arkham, her greatest fear, was also a perfect twist -- but now a letter from Selina!!!!! Our girls teaming up next season, if there is one?!?! PLS!
Overall I loved it, idc if it's Sopranos Lite or whatever. The characters were great and the stories really satisfying. I'd be fine leaving it as an excellent limited series or maybe doing more.
