Looking at their filmographies, I think Steve lucked out that he was really well-connected Will Ferrell/Judd Apatow films because 40-year old virgin was his big movie break and then The Office was his big tv break. Steve also had the slight SNL connection and they tend to be nice and helpful to each other.

Whereas Parks and Recs was Nick’s break, it didn’t have the same popularity. Which funny cause Meg was on Will and Grace long before Steve got his big breaks.

But idk I feel like Nick seems more reserved and lowkey while Steve seems to put himself out there more.

I have liked him in everything I’ve seen him in. Plus he seems content to work as an actor when it’s right for him and go do his woodworking when he’s not acting. He seems to have struck the right balance of having a successful career and a good life.

idk I think he has a very good career (unless he's not doing well financially). He has an Emmy and I don't think Steve Carell does! Being a bit more under the radar isn't a bad thing

I adore this man so much.
He's so funny and talented and has an equally funny and talented wife lol One of my favourite celeb couples for sure.

It’s amazing how he oddly looks younger with a full, gray beard than he does as Ron Swanson
