Why were Eva and Felicity against Nicolette? I’ve watched this show a long time ago but Nicolette was a very memorable character and had a lot of screentime? Was Eva scared that giving Nicolette more money would somehow lower her pay or what?

Most likely. Which must have been a hit to the gut to hear that your cast betrayed you over money when you were on good terms with at least 3 of them. And they probably could've ended up with the same money even with the 5 since Nic wasnt far off in pay.

I would think they could negotiate since the show was earning a lot of money, they wouldn't need to cut other people's pay to increase hers :( Eva fought for her own salary but didn't allow another woman to do it...And the showrunner easing them by telling them he's getting rid of her for good...Yikes. How did that lawsuit end?

She ultimately lost since her contract ended at season 5 and couldn't prove that they were going to renew it so you can't win what you were never promised.

I am also rewatching the show. It’s a comfort show for me. Always thought I’d grow up to be a Bree but I turned out to be a Susan.

im on like season 5 of my first ever watchthrough and i love all of the main women (most of the time) except for susan. i want susan and mike blasted off into the sun never to be seen again.
