People are really reaching here - yes they’re not A list but why do we still get pap photos of Lucy hale? Why do we rarely pics of Beyoncé? The fame level doesn’t matter as much as how much the celeb wants to be perceived

100%. Also I think people are forgetting that they were obviously were once much more "hot" than they are now in terms of their career, pop culture relevance, etc. Early 2000s they were big.

he's 100% right - it's very easy for celebs to avoid the attention (to an extent). the one's that we see all the time are intentionally placing themselves in spaces that will have a spotlight on them.
