omg wait there was ONE setting in my gaming hub program that i've never tried (and never saw in all my troubleshooting research), AND I THINK IT ACTUALLY WORKED???
I got Dragon Age on Thursday and have had NO TIME to play it! I’m so sad! I wanna play my video game!!! I hope everyone here who’s playing it is loving the game!!! I hope to join you soon.
I should be playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard but I'm my own worst enemy and ordered my new computer too late so it's still not here yet. I'm hoping to get it this week. I still need to get a new monitor too.
But that gives me time to try and finish The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom but I think I'm maybe only halfway through and I haven't been playing it as much as I had hoped. When I'm not playing that, I'm still playing Final Fantasy XIV but not every day like I normally do.
I don't consider myself a gamer but my partner definitely is.
We finished It Takes Two and despite having the most annoying side character ever, it was incredibly fun to play!
This was my first real cooperative game and I really wanna try more of them since I'm partial to puzzles. If anyone knows this game and has recommendations for similar ones, I'd appreciate the input 😊
I had a bunch of fun playing It Takes Two with one of my friends, we had low expectations going in but ended up having a blast.
The only game I can think of that I've played that's similar is Portal 2, which is known for being a solo puzzle game, but there is a full co-op campaign where you and your partner have to solve puzzles and help each other get to the exit. I played it with a colleague after work on our office computers, but I think there is a local split-screen version too.
If you like co-op puzzles, you'll like the We Were Here series! My bff and I play almost exclusively co-op games together and we really enjoyed it, some of the puzzles were quite difficult. I can recommend Escape Simulator and Raft, too! Raft isn't puzzles so much as it's a story-driven game with co-op elements but we really loved it.
Anyone play Planet Crafter? What do you think of Humble? I like it, it's smaller but still fun.
Any Long Dark fans? I can't wait for the last part of the DLC. I didn't get the cougar the first time and I'm making it a priority this time. I'm definitely looking forward to the safehouse customization.
I'm not, either, but it's been very relaxing to play. I'll get sucked in for hours just running around trying to find certain butterflies or to get all of the crates. I do wish there were more ways to decorate and build than they currently have, but I figure they'll add more as the game goes on. I like the main story regarding the Wardens and I want more of that.
I'll admit after a while I started using cheats to make it easier, but like you I just kept playing and trying to find the new areas. I do wish you had some kinda buddy though like even a robot, or that you could communicate with your friend on the comp too. But yeah the lore seems pretty interesting so as it goes on if they add more of that it'd be really cool.

i've spent all weekend doing increasingly esoteric things to my computer in hopes that something will actually work, and i'm so tired of it.
i guess it's either wait to see if bioware comes out with a solution themselves, or just try to get a refund at this point. pretty disappointing.
