Last week's episode with Sam's dad was rough. It felt like whoever wrote it was a deadbeat dad.

These men really rely on their kids to just forgive them for being absent for most of their lives. I hated that Sam had to pretend that she painted the message on the wall.

I absolutely hated the episode. When he said he stayed away from Sam because her mom wanted it that way, without actually saying it. Get out of here. And then Sam is somehow the bad guy in this episode. I can't.

I thought that the whole statue thing would've been a Halloween prank by Patience and Sam. TBH that would've been a cooler twist than the one where she was away because she had to go over to the neighbor's with an escritoire.

Part of me wishes that Patience had stuck around longer so that she could have adapted to the modern world and stopped being so judgmental. The other part of me is glad that we're rid of her.
