I’m planning to see ‘A Real Pain,’ and I’m hyped to see ‘Anora’ this weekend.

Watched Conclave which was solidly made and enjoyable but not something I'd be passionate about.

Then I gave Mr. Crocket on Hulu a shot because I thought the premise was fun. But it wasn't for me. Maybe if I was 12.

And then my friend and I saw Smile 2 the other day. I don't know where else they can go now with that ending lol. But I've also been listening to Skye Riley's EP all day. Naomi Scott was so good! I also kept thinking about how Parker Finn is definitely going to love making gross creatures for his remake of Possession.

this past week i watched: we live in time which i was a sucker for (haven't heard that many people sobbing when the lights went up in a minute), the guts world tour movie which was very fun, and time cut which was alright. i am not surprised it was finished a couple of years ago because it gave the vibe of a movie that was slashed to pieces (pun intended?) in post-production. there was a lot of awkward ADR and it was surprisingly bloodless? plus pretty predictable [Spoiler (click to open)]though i felt victorious when i correctly spotted the lesbians very early in the movie. i did enjoy this even though it also aged me lol:

i'm excited for blitz and really wanted to see it in a theatre, but was worried the limited release would miss me. thankfully there's at least one showing here late next week!

I saw Conclave and Anora last weekend. Both were really fun. I'm hoping to see Dahomey this weekend.

I plan to watch Conclave, Anora, and maybe one other movie this weekend since idk when they will leave theaters and I have other plans the rest of the year. Hope my brain isn’t fried by the end. I’m going to see if I can 👀 watch Time Cut tonight.
