if you watched the dvd that had the deleted scenes, they cut SOOO much good stuff.
Its like they had to meet a quota or something. Trim trim trim.

From what Tori Spelling said in her book, a lot of her stuff was cut because the Weinsteins wanted her to pick a body double but she didn't want any tiddies to be labeled as hers and expressed her discomfort. So they told the editor to edit out stuff. I know that they screwed over the Wayans with money and that's why Scary movie 3 and the rest were shit. The Wayans knew their worth and left.

Tori Spelling had a LOT cut, yes.
She ended up being a weird after thought of a character, whereas she was more fleshed out in the cut stuff.

But its not just her, they cut out a lot of funny stuff from everyone else, too.
