The Gothams are maybe the goofiest award show, so there is no use using them as a prognosticator of any kind, but happy for Hard Truths and Marianne Jean-Baptiste.

Especially since a lot of supposedly major players aren't eligible for feature (but Emilia Perez missing everything when it was only ineligible for Feature - why does it feel like there is suddenly a backlash being driven by bad faith commentators? hmmmm I wonder hmm hmmm).

I liked Anora, I wish it was 20 minutes shorter (I know thats all movies) while so many scenes were funny felt they went on a bit too long or just one thing needed to be cute then I would have looved it.

i hope Yura Borisov wins for anora, he was incredible and his character was such an essential aspect to how well the film worked as a whole imo. i also hope mikey wins but he feels like a little more of a longshot, i haven't heard as much buzz about him as i was hearing about charles melton this time last year, for instance.

didi!!! was so good. one part hit really close to home and made me cry, should have more noms!
