I mostly liked jaehyun's last ep but don't like this new release. khalil fong also released album after all these years but sadly it's all skips for me.

a great week of music for me!!

my fav released a gift song... before his upcoming enlistment 😭 anyway, love the song, i'm sooo obsessed with jaehyun's voice. witty lyrics about being downbaddd for your girl, hehe.

triple S. they've quickly became my 2nd favorite gg this year when they released "girls never die". i love this new track, too. song and mv is kinda bg coded with the styling, sports cars, dark vibes, and powerful dancing. the bassline of the song is sooo 90s hip hop / h.o.t warrior's descendent.

aespa - another one of my fav ggs, love the album. i'd say my favorite song from it is "kill it". i love me some ~pots and pans~ kpop noise music :P

illit - "cherish" is adorable and fun. "magnetic" remains to be one of my top songs of the year btw.

halsey - i randomly listened to one track so far ("panic attack") and i liked it. i'll try to get to the rest of the album soon.

Jaehyun’s single kind of took me by surprise? Idk. I liked it, thought the MV was interesting. It was a good song to leave us on.

One Ok Rock released something today, too. I pretty much enjoy everything they do.

But like also, has anyone been checking up on the other groups that came out of Boy’s Planet? Cuz how did almost all those groups end up putting out good stuff?

For anyone who doesn't know, JC Chasez released his new theater album "Playing with Fire" today and he sounds AMAZING on it (his voice hasn't aged a second. Fantastic vocals, truly!). Added bonus, you only have to listen to it a few times to beat Mayo's record sales for his last album.

Wow, Sade and Kate Bush on the same day! An embarrassment of riches. Really like Gaga's despite her always being pretty crap lyrically. It's almost nostalgic at this point haha. I think the songs really gonna depend on the video though.
