I loved Ilona’s dance because of the song alone. Love my eldest daughters deal with the most song lol. But I looooooved Chandler’s dance. Zombies is so weird but damn do the songs slap.
It annoyed me that they used Deadpool vs Wolverine as a Disney movie just so they could use Bye Bye Bye. I don't care that Marvel x Disney is a thing now. If you asked any random person to name 100 Disney movies, I doubt that anyone would name even a single Marvel movie. Same goes for if you asked a person on the street to name 100 Disney songs. No one would list Bye Bye Bye.
The Goofy Movie song might not be as well known as Bye Bye Bye but at least it's much more in the spirit of the Disney night theme. I thought the Goofy choreography was fun!
i was so annoyed that they said ilona didn’t dance enough after they drooled all over danny’s mortal kombat fight (and danny’s one of my faves). joey and jenna’s dance was underscored
The judges are always very selective about criticizing routines for not having enough dance content, which I hate. Everyone should be called out for it when it happens. And just as they penalize for doing lifts, they should penalize routines that don't have enough content. Otherwise, this is what you get aka Witney getting 9s for having her celeb walk in a straight line in between picking her up multiple times.
they always pick an average dancer to kiss their ass to every week and it’s getting so annoying.
you have ilona and stephen working hard and doing their very best every week and yet they get praise for their personalities and shit on for the smallest details.
And to add insult to injury, the judges do stupid things like underscoring Chandler with all 8s for her contemporary last week, putting her behind Danny's inferior contemporary aka Witney does more lifts and Stephen's Argentine tango. I still can't believe that she was tied for fourth place with Phaedra, Brooks, Ilona, and Jenn last week.
