Lady Gaga has announced that her next single is titled "Disease" and will be out on Friday.

I knew something was up when she was announcing new music at the same time as JFAD, like why would the woman who desperately wants an acting Oscar not focus on her campaign for that? But she knew the disaster was coming so she ran to the studio to get ahead of it and make sure the press stayed positive. Smart! I think she’ll come out mostly unscathed while Todd Phillips and Joaquin Phoenix get lashed by entertainment media.

And Tanu Muino is a great music video director. Give us something that looks and sounds like budget, Gaga!

Yeah I think she knows she has a zero shot of any Oscar noms given both the critical and commercial failure of Joker 2.

I think she would’ve stretched out Joker 2 (and Harlequin) promo had those projects done somewhat well.

I hope the new single is good though! Seems to be typical Gaga (in a good way)
