For context, social media images place this situation taking place at Knott’s Farm in October of 2017 - just months after the bombing at her concert. She’s spoken about her PTSD and panic/anxiety attacks that she suffered with at the time, and how it affected her.

I know everyone likes to dunk on her, but I don’t think this is the situation to do it with.

I actually think with the wider context, Elvira comes off worse in this situation tbh.

how so? ariana asked for hundreds of dollars worth of free tickets that she easily could have paid for, then acted in a way that elvira felt was rude/dismissive. elvira had no way of knowing what was going on in ariana's head. people are less inclined to give ari the benefit of the doubt because of her notoriously shitty attitude. if ari's statement is true, it was just a misunderstanding and nobody is at fault.

Elvira didn’t say she gave them for free, it’s of course inferred, but it’s not been stated that they were.

Elvira didn’t know what was going on in her head, but she definitely knew Ariana’s concert had been bombed just months before and could’ve assumed that may have contributed to her general demeanour.

I agree no one is at fault, but to bring it up almost a decade later and clearly delight in the attention from it (posting an article to her IG) whilst not factoring in that context over all these years is… not great imo.

But I know this place hates Ariana as if she personally did something to them, so no nuance can be afforded here.
