His Apple TV + show was way too long but I thought he was excellent in it.
And it's Nolan. I feel like he can direct anyone anyway.

Yes, he's always been a good actor, his problem is that he doesn't know a bad script when he reads one. For awhile he was taking everything that was offered for the paycheck. By the time he decided he wanted to be taken seriously, it was too late. Doing movies based on videogames is atrocious, but with a good script and director, he can be good. He'll be fine with Nolan.
