i feel like her aussie accent is super light in this. she looks like she's happy and having fun and i too enjoy a good kimchi fried rice. i usually do mine with canned tuna or spam.
I love a lot of cabbage and paprika based foods (well, all of them), including kimchi fried rice. Mine is typically with minced or thinly sliced beef. Sometimes with finely diced pork belly. And definitely no added sugar like she does it, but I get where she is coming from. Also some sesame or seaweed or some random extra topping along with the egg. Oh and instead of the olive oil she used I mostly do a blend of oils, including sesame oil. And sometimes lard.
Okay basically I always wing it, but rice and cut cabbage kimchi are always in there.
Those knife skills 💀 homegirl does not cook at home
I usually do my bokkeumbap by heating some sesame oil, frying the kimchi in the oil, then squeezing some good honey on top before adding the rice. Then I top with a fried egg and some green onion for colour
I recently saw my boss using a fork and knife for the first time and I was so confused by the way she held them bc she held it like kids do when the cutlery is too big for them to handle.
