Sabrina should win this Grammy, her songs are everywhere

But I'm worried Taylor might win because she cheated on the charts so much, she legit bullied people into thinking that album is good

IA. I listened to Sabrina's album again and I realized I want her to win this category. Chappell can win Best New Artist and Song of the year. I want Billie to Album of the year and Kendrick to win Record of the year

Taylor is being nominated for these categories because she's Taylor and I find that unfair also. I remember when Taylor's album was released and everyone on this site and twitter was dragging it lol.

I think "Espresso" will win song of the year, I don't see anything else winning that category

but I do think Taylor will get one of the album categories purely because she's Taylor :S that album is actual trash. Reputation didn't win anything and that was a much better album than this rambling mess

Sabrina didn't submit Espresso for Song of the Year. She submitted Please Please Please. Song of the year is always based on the song quality and not performance which is why she probably did that and submitted Espresso for Record of the year. Bonnie Raitt won SOTY in 2022 and she's a 74 year old woman and her song barely charted. I feel like Song of the year is Chappell's for Good luck Babe or Billie's Birds of a feather over any Sabrina songs.

I think Espresso does have a chance for Record of the year. I think Not Like us by Kendrick deserves it more though but I wouldn't be mad if she won lol

anyone pushing for this to be R&B needs to listen to jill scott or something and then look me dead in my eyes when they try to say tyla fits. RHYTHM AND BLUES

I feel like artists (specially international artists) should stop giving the Grammys that much importance like we're not in the golden days where established and very talented acts would grace us with lifetime performances! These days the ceremony is dragged as hell, no performances/performers stand out and the award criteria is iffy at best: Harry Styles winning because of his connection with some guy at the Recording Academy is the most obvious example.
This isn't some prestige reward if just about anyone under the sun with good connections can get one but can't have the cultural impact their predecessors had!
(I'm just sad I don't enjoy these shows anymore lol and everything feels more soulless and stupid. However it's not that deep too, peace).

the only thing i care about re: next year's Grammys is exactly how angry am I going to be when they stiff Beyonce for AOTY again? Cowboy Carter is truly a masterpiece of American music genre fusion

Where do you get the energy year after year? I eventually threw in the towel when Harry Styles won AOTY. The Grammys are about everything but artistic merit.

This was quite brazen of Tyla's people because even at the South African Music Awards, this album is nominated for Best Pop Album and not Best R&B Album.
