Yeah, sorry, I think that was my first impulse upon reading that. I do fully get holding him responsible for the scummy things he did while alive, but atm I think we should all consider that a 7-year old boy lost his dad and that is tough.

I think Cheryl had her own problems with him - apparently Liam was super jealous of the kid? Which... is a red flag in itself and the relationship didn't last long, so the signs were probably already there.

That's something that makes me mad as well. She should have gotten the opportunity to get all of those things sorted and get justice, but now it'll probably be lost to time. I think after a while, when the dust has settled, people might be talking about it again, but atm no chance :(

I feel so incredibly sorry for Cheryl. She's lost so many people in her life, starting from when she was a teen she lost friends to drugs, then later the first GA tour manager died just shortly after they became famous, then Sarah died in 2021 and now Liam.

Poor girl can't catch a break :(

holy shit, I didn't follow girls aloud for years but I remember Sarah was my fav when I was younger, I had no clue she died at all until this post :(((((((((((((

Yeah she died in 2021 from Breast Cancer :( The tough thing is, I went through BC at around the same time, but mine was luckily very treatable...

They went on tour this year and did some lovely tributes... they will make you cry, but they're beautiful:

Thank you! I got diagnosed a bit later than Sarah, in November 2020, while she was I think diagnosed in Spring of 2020? Just around the start of Covid. That's why she didn't go to the doctor :( It's all so heartbreaking... I miss her so much.
