It reminds me of a guy I talked to for a while who said that he was with a girl for 9 years, lived together for 6, knew she wanted to get engaged and married and he kept dragging his feet for years until he was all SHOCKED when she dumped him and moved out, and then he kept breaking up with any woman after who wanted to put a label on things, and he straight told me all this like it was impressive. He never wanted to put in the work but wanted all the benefits of a relationship without the hard parts.
