I think it's hilarious that between this and Those About to Die they chose the exact same backstory [history spoilers]of brothers being co-emperors before one betrays and murders the other, then gets assassinated but two different centuries.

Also, in my head I thought: Connie's too young to believably be Paul Mescal's mother before realizing he was literally 4 years old when the first movie came out.
