Idk, it's the hands. Her looking away could be due to a lot of reasons, but I've only seen people idly play with each other's hands when they're genuinely into that person. I'm not a body language expert by any means, but it looks like she's reciprocating his intimacy by lacing their fingers together, instead of just tolerating it.
