This show has grown on me. I wasn’t too keen on the first two episodes, but it’s finding its stride. Plus I woke up the other morning with the Witches Road song stuck in my head, so they are doing something right.

This is my #1 feeling about the last episode. She's my favorite of makeshift coven, and I really want her to make it to the end!

I think it may just be me, but there’s something about Aubrey Plaza im just not liking in this series. I want to like her in the role but it’s just so off to me.

There's at least two of us, because I feel the exact same way. To me it's because she has about one and a half facial expressions and it's tiring when she plays every role with the exact same dead-eyed flat affect, unless she's feeling spicy, in which we get the dead-eyed flat affect with an attempt at a smirk. Emote Aubrey, I am begging you.

There are so many other actors who would have been so interesting in that role (I would kill to see someone like Cameron Esposito instead), but maybe Disney wanted a performer with that sort of flat delivery based on who the character is. /shrug Sucks though.

I feel like she plays every character the same, just a touch livelier than April from Parks & Rec, and while I enjoyed her on that, not every character should be played the same. What kind of actress are you if you just play everything the same?!

It could be such and interesting fan favorite character if someone else played her.

I don't see similarities with April tbh, Rio's batshit crazy and visibly amused by Agatha's bs, how is that even close to how April was?
And she has lots of other characters she's played completely differently. It is very weird to me that she specifically gets called out when most of the acting in this show is quite comical on purpose with some exceptions.

I really want to like this show because I love the witchy vibes and most of the cast and the general idea but it seems so idk, underdone? It feels like every episode is over quickly and I'm still waiting for something to happen, and the trials feel like an afterthought (with the exception of Alice's).

I'll keep watching though, I hope they pull it together in the second half.

I’ve been feeling the same way, I really enjoyed the initial setup, but I haven’t been that excited with the latest episodes. It does feel like the episodes are over pretty fast, and idk but the trials haven’t really been as cool as I expected either

trailer is too on nose with the other character reveal
