I want to be hopeful, but I doubt she's going to win. I just want to get this over with and try to somehow survive the next four years.

idk. i think a lot of the spike she had in early days (which was never high enough to make her a shoo-in, it’s been close the whole time) was enthusiasm over the idea of biden dropping out, which was always gonna fade. and speaking strictly as a matter of strategy & not ethics, 47% of voters already think she’s too liberal, (while only 32% think trump is too conservative), and with the way the electoral college works, a lot of the “she’s fine”/“she’s not liberal enough” people are likely concentrated in populous blue states like california and new york - if you look just at swing states i suspect the “too liberal” percentage would be higher.

I’m voting for her but as the campaign has gone on longer. It’s less enthusiastic of a vote. I understand the Republican angle because. I know that they have to reach across the aisle to try to siphon votes. But it feels like they’ve taken it too far. I do feel like they’ve left behind their base voters. And are a little too confident in them showing up to the polls.

What American’s care about is the economy and what you can do for them. And I don’t understand why this is the talking point at all times.

She should be pouring money into getting people to understand Tariffs, and how that policy is going to be terrible for them.

I think people are overestimating the ability to get “red votes”. I live in a very red area, and while some aren't full on MAGA, they will still vote Republican. The “evil liberals will steal your guns and kill babies” rhetoric is very strong here, and they would knowingly vote for a dictatorship before they voted Democrat.
