Buku is so brave to come forward. She's going to help so many other survivors.

I'm glad her mother acted quickly and believed her daughter, but I also am curious about the timeline because I thought there were already credible allegations against R. Kelly long before 2009? Like I feel I've hear rumours/allegations for the past 20+ years but my concept of time could def be wrong!

History of abuse in that family. R.Kelly mentioned he was sexually abused his older sister and then he was also abused by a family friend.

It's sad when trauma gets passed on instead of confronted and healed.
