the touring production was just in sf and i saw it twice last month; this moment never fails to make me cry 🥹 and even if the rest of the movie is awful i am sure it will again lol

I saw Wicked in middle school class and I ugly cried during this moment. Kids made fun of me but like fuck you sorry you don't see the beauty of this moment.

my only critique is I really like the lower notes on "and nobody in all of oz..." I think the higher notes take away from the crescendo of the later lines. It always made it feel like she was really pushing up the courage.

Every-single-time I hear her singing voice, it shocks me. She sounds great of course, but I always expect a much deeper register/voice for some reason.

I've also never heard her speak/seen her in anything.
