And as a Brit, I can confidently say that the average Brit is not paying out £15 for a bottle of hot sauce, especially not when Reggae Reggae sauce is only a couple of quid.

Maybe this will do ok in Waitrose. They don’t allow me to shop there, so I wouldn’t know.

Gentrification is killing our spicy salsas here in México, so I feel this comment.

There's been a few articles this year that salsas as becoming less spicy in taquerías in Mexico City since so many gringos or "sorry" expats, are down here working and doing home office in cheap apartments

I think the launch party in a grocery store is endearing in a way but where is everyone else and what are those pics?

I loooove hot sauce (more for flavor than heat. My current fave I actually got in a TJMaxx gift box 😆) and want to make my own but like with anything requiring bottling/canning I’m afraid I’ll poison myself.
