I love Nate bargatze. I’m not super into stand-up but I’ve become a pretty big fan of his. I went to an Andrew Schulz show with friends and I don’t think I laughed once. I don’t know if I’m becoming a prude but I just find Nate’s brand of “clean” comedy so much more appealing/relatable. I’ve always been drawn to people who are sarcastic, smart and “dry” when it comes to humour rather than the obnoxious, loud or vulgar ones, even in social settings. As I’m getting older, anything offensive or vulgar in comedy is less and less funny to me, and I’m not a super sensitive person, it’s just immature. The low hanging fruit of comedy.

His and Taylor Tomlinson's Netflix specials are really wholesome and actually funny. All they talk about are "daily life" things we can relate to. There's one female comedian I always see men online saying "is actually funny" and when I watched it all she did was talk about anal sex and say everything REALLY LOUD. This brand of comedy is so obnoxious to me.

I just love that he demonstrates exactly how funny caomedy can be without it needing to be ~edgy like the hacks claim. his deadpan is perfection, and his family is sweet. Its so stupid to hear people say you have to offend someone in comedy like Eddie izzard didnt have a long and illustrious career based on history and grammar jokes. I can laugh and feel good at the same time, they're not mutually exclusive.
