she left as a series regular and so she's not in every episode anymore. but she still does the voice over for every episode

Part of me understands why the new residency director got a bit snarky with Lucas because at the beginning of the episode, I was like wow, it must be nice for an intern to get assigned to a big shot at the hospital like Webber who then says, "Hey, let's ditch work and go play golf!" But I also can't wait for the new residency director to leave.

Schmitt has come a long way from the shy and insecure intern he used to be. Now he's just like a regular doctor, acting like a condescending ass to non-doctors. Of course this means it's just a matter of time before he and the new chaplain hook up.

I really wish Owen and Teddy's vacation had been a lot longer because I did not miss them last week.
