Seems silly to be like, “we invented wearing suits while standing in office buildings.”

How dare you! Suits went back in time five years and walked so Mad Men could run.

Before Suits, no males were wearing suits on television, and there were no shows that showed professional environments dominated by specifically white men in suits. Thank you, Suits. 😭👍White people and lawyers: So clearly under represented in media.

Which is hilarious because the same network had produced White Collar just a few years prior...

Literally Boston Legal was a superior show about lawyers so Suits isn’t even the best legal drama 💀💀💀

Harvey was hot but he can’t carry a show if the plot sucks

Monk won a bunch of awards and it was a usa network show. I don't understand the point he was tryimg to make with "oh, suits was usa network, that's why we didn't win anything" ???

I haven't seen Suits so I can't speak on the rest of what he said. As a Monk fan his awards comment annoyed me, though.

Ahaha I think I couldn’t even get over the premise of the first episode before I rage quit as a person in law

(Also at one point I had an extremely annoying nepo baby client who, on the basis that he watched a lot of suits and fancied himself “as smart as the main guy” asked me if I thought he would make a good lawyer. I wanted to punch him)

I only started watching it because people kept asking me if I’d seen it and if my job was like Suits. The number of people who think that shit is even close to reality is insane lol.
