Uncover the art of noodle-making with world-renowned chefs as they share their culinary journeys and the stories behind their delicious signature dishes.
This reminded me that several years ago, I read a non-fiction book called On the Noodle Road by Jen Lin-Liu. The author traveled from China to central Asia, Iran, Turkey, and the Mediterranean, ending in Italy to learn how the concept of noodles traveled along the Silk Road and how noodle in Beijing is connected to pasta in Rome, as well as places in between.
I love noodle/pasta so I'm excited about this season!
I love any kind of noodle or pasta so I am happy with cheap grocery store ramen, spaghetti with premade marinara sauce, handmade pasta, pad see ew, homemade lasagna, pho, chee cheong fun - literally anything with some kind of noodle will make me happy.
YES I don't think I've been this enraptured in a food competition show in a long time. The episodes are long but I burned through them so fast. I genuinely like all the contestants and I just need next Tuesday to come already.
