They should have done a juicy, gossipy biopic of Cecil Day Lewis, tbh. He was serially unfaithful and he had a very interesting life - was a Communist who later became disillusioned with it, worked in the Ministry of Information during the war, became the Poet Laureate, wrote detective novels and his relationship with Daniel's mother was a scandal.
