Despite my love of Cillian, I have not watched a minute of the show. Rebecca Ferguson and Tim Roth additions got me interested in this though. Ugh I don’t wanna start a new show just to understand the context of this movie lol.

The first two seasons are seriously good, also the supporting cast is very strong. It gets ridiculous towards the end of the series, but if you enjoy Cillian walking slo-mo through foggy streets in Northern England while an Arctic Monkeys song blasts in the background, then you'll have the time of your life.

Is Cillian the only original cast member who's been confirmed? I hope they bring back some of the original cast amongst all the movie stars and (ugh) Barry Keoghan.

Trying to remember where the last series left off, iirc Tommy learnt he wasn't dying after all and his doctor was secretly a fash in league with Oswald Mosley, so I'm guessing the movie is going to focus on him finally taking them/BUF down? Mosley and his wife were jailed in Holloway Prison right after the outbreak of WWII.
