The wildly popular The Wild Robot did wha the 40-year old Transformers franchise could not, and opens with 35$m*, making it the third best opening for an animated movie in September.

Last week I didn’t know about Wild Robot and now I’m going to the 1 PM matinee, I’m going to get popcorn and a small soda.

Is The Substance doing good? We need more movies like that.

I still need to see The Substance but I mostly take my mom to the movies and I doubt this one would be for her. I should see if a friend is interested or just go alone. Hopefully this week.

Watched The Substance last night. Never heard of it or saw any trailers for it but I went into a forum and saw the title...went in and saw people raving about it so decided to check it out. Glad I did.

My timeline has been very funny about Megalopolis from those who have seen it. It’s completely polarized, no middle ground. Brilliant vs wretched. Lol. I can’t wait. (I’ll have to wait until streaming but ykwim)
